Booker Stay - For Accommodation Providers

The core package that will establish and excellent online presence for any accommodation provider. Includes our commission free booking calendar and mini content management system which allows you to manage your accommodation inventory as well as the most frequently updated areas of your website. Funds clear straight to your own account. Requires a Internet Enabled Merchant Account with your bank (which we can assist with).

Any staged updates to the booking system or the core functionality are implemented free of charge. It's covered by the monthly license fee.

Booker Play - For Activities Providers

$4370.00 + from $48.99 per month + GST

The core package that will establish and excellent online presence for any attraction or activities provider. Includes our commission free booking calendar and mini content management system which allows you to manage your inventory as well as the most frequently updated areas of your website. The Booker Play includes a more involved online booking system with the ability to define numerous time slots during the working day, with advanced availability management features.

Requires a Internet Enabled Merchant Account with your bank (which we can assist with). Any staged updates to the booking system or the core functionality are implemented free of charge.

Booker Mail

$255.00 Setup + from $24.99 + GST p.m.

If you enjoy repeat bookings from regulars or wish to market to previous visitors from the domestic market, then this add-on is for you. During check-in, simply ask the guests if they wish to be added to your regular newsletter. Sign them up and you can then use it to keep in touch. Inform guests of seasonal packages, new features and specials or simply drop them a reminder once in a while that 'your place' is a great spot to enjoy a short break. Includes a custom HTML template as well as multiple mailing lists.

A newsletter sign up option can also be integrated into the online booking process.

Custom Modifications

Hourly Rate

If you require any particular custom modifications to the website outside the core functionality, we are more than happy to implement them for you, charged at an hourly rate. Who knows, your idea may be such a good feature that we'll simply add it to our development wish list and roll it out with our next core content management upgrade.
